Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and delivery to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia,
Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Canada, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Croatia, Latvia,
Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia,
Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Korea, Taiwan, Czech Republic, Hungary, United States, United Kingdom,
Cyprus.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany): We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 7.00 per order.
Express shipping within Germany: We charge EUR 15.00 per order.
Deliveries to EU countries: We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 15.00 per order.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU: We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 45.00 per order.
International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may result in delivery delays.
Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
Please note: once the order has been confirmed, you will not be able to change your delivery address.
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, delivery times are:
Germany: 3–5 working days
EU countries: 5–7 working days
Countries outside the EU: 5–10 working days
For advance payment, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery dates, we will ship the items together in one delivery unless otherwise agreed. The delivery date for the complete order will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods.
