Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Denmark, Estonia,
Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Canada, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Croatia, Latvia,
Liechtenstein, Lithuania , Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia,
Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Korea, Taiwan, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Hungary, United States, United Kingdom,

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 7 € per order.

Express shipping 15 € per order. 

Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 15 € per order for deliveries abroad (EU) and 45 € per order (countries outside the EU).
-Potential delays to be communicated due to customs-approved treatment.
-Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
-Please note: once the order has been confirmed, you will not be able to change your delivery address.
-As all orders are processed automatically, it is not possible for us to change dispatch and delivery times.
-You will receive an email with a link to track your order as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. You can also visit the Track Your
Order section to check the status of your order.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany and countries of EU) within 3 – 5 working days, for deliveries abroad (EU) within 5 – 7 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods.
